I led UX research and design for San Antonio’s 311 Next Generation Project, collaborating with stakeholders to improve the 311SA app and explore a centralized city services platform. Using insights from interviews and usability testing, I designed an accessible, user-friendly prototype that informed immediate app updates and helped shape the city's long-term digital strategy.
